Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor. I work with young and middle-aged adults who are ready to make positive changes in their lives. My approach is warm, open-minded, and honest. I’ll listen without judgment and challenge you to grow. I use tools like CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care, and I’m happy to include spiritual perspectives if that’s important to you. All my sessions are online, so you can connect from wherever you’re comfortable. If you’re looking for real support and someone who truly cares, I’d love to help!

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel safe, respectful, and empowering. I work collaboratively with clients, focusing on practical strategies and self-discovery. My style is supportive but also direct. I’ll encourage you to reflect, try new approaches, and build confidence in handling life’s challenges. I’m flexible in my methods and always tailor our work to fit your needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and making sure you feel comfortable. I’ll ask questions to better understand what brings you to therapy and what challenges you’re facing. This session is mostly about gathering information and giving you space to share your story. We’ll also talk about what you’re hoping to get out of therapy and discuss how we can work together moving forward. My goal is to make sure you feel heard and supported right from the start.
