Great to meet you!

When you're constantly juggling responsibilities while managing anxiety, ADHD, the effects of trauma, or the emotional impact of a health condition, it can feel like you're always trying to catch up but never quite finding relief. You may be exhausted from overthinking, feeling overwhelmed, or wondering why life seems harder than it should. My primary areas of focus include anxiety, depression, ADHD, physical health concerns, neurodivergence, trauma, and stress management. I work with adults, adolescents, children, and families because I believe every person deserves compassionate support that recognizes both their challenges and their strengths. My goal is to create a welcoming, culturally responsive environment where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes that improve your emotional well-being and everyday life.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should provide more than insight. It should give you practical tools, renewed confidence, and a path toward lasting change. Together we'll explore the experiences that have shaped you, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop strategies that fit your unique goals, strengths, and circumstances. My therapeutic approach incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Reality Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. I commonly help clients navigate depression, adjustment disorders, eating disorders, panic attacks, grief and loss, relationship concerns, women's issues, neurodevelopmental disorders, family conflict, PTSD, and life transitions, always tailoring treatment to your individual needs.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a therapist who listens with empathy, respects your unique experiences, and partners with you every step of the way. Therapy should feel like a place where you can be honest about what's weighing on you while discovering strengths you may not realize you already have. Together we'll celebrate progress, work through setbacks with compassion, and focus on building practical skills that continue supporting you long after each session ends. Whether your goal is to feel calmer, strengthen your relationships, better manage life's challenges, or reconnect with the person you want to be, I'd be honored to help you move toward a healthier and more fulfilling future.
