Great to meet you!

Have you ever found yourself wondering, "Why do I keep reacting or acting this way?" Maybe anxiety has become overwhelming, ADHD makes it difficult to stay organized, grief feels heavier than you expected, caregiving is becoming consuming, or you're trying to make sense of experiences that have shaped who you are today. Understanding yourself more deeply is often the first step toward meaningful change, and you don't have to figure it out alone. I provide virtual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults throughout Ohio and Texas, helping people navigate anxiety, ADHD, trauma, grief, and identity-related concerns while also supporting depression, stress, family challenges, relationship difficulties, maternal mental health, physical health concerns, chronic conditions, and major life transitions that often become part of the same journey. With eight years of clinical experience, my goal is to create a thoughtful, supportive space where curiosity leads to greater clarity, healing, and lasting growth.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy isn't about fixing who you are. It's about understanding the experiences, relationships, and patterns that have shaped your life so you can respond to them with greater awareness and intention. Together, we'll explore what's happening beneath the surface while building practical skills that help you move toward the life you want to create. You may have come to therapy because of anxiety, ADHD, trauma, grief, or questions about your identity, only to realize those experiences are influencing your relationships, family life, stress levels, physical well-being, or confidence in ways you hadn't fully recognized. Rather than viewing these challenges as separate problems, we'll explore how they're connected to create meaningful change that addresses the whole picture rather than isolated symptoms. Depending on your goals, I may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to reshape unhelpful thought patterns, Cognitive Processing Therapy and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to process difficult experiences, Child Parent Psychotherapy and Child Centered Play Therapy when supporting children and families, Emotion Focused Therapy to better understand emotional patterns, Gottman Method techniques to strengthen relationships, Narrative Therapy to help reframe your story, Internal Family Systems informed approaches to deepen self understanding, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy to create practical next steps that support lasting growth.

What you can expect from me

You don't need to have all the answers before starting therapy. During our first few sessions, we'll take time to understand your story, explore what has brought you to this point, and identify goals that feel meaningful for your life. As we continue working together, you'll have a space to ask difficult questions, reflect without judgment, and build practical tools to help you navigate everyday challenges with greater confidence and self-awareness. My hope is that you'll leave therapy with a deeper understanding of yourself, healthier relationships, greater emotional resilience, and the confidence to move forward knowing that meaningful change begins with understanding yourself. Whenever you're ready, I'd be honored to walk alongside you in that process.
