Hello my name is Mamoona Hassan I am a licensed Professional counselor. I have 20 plus years of working with Children, young adults and adults from different walks of life.

I am empathetic, non judgmental and a good listener I also am straight forward and pragmatic. I also put my clients at ease and try to make therapy fun.

I am not only a therapist that learnt from books I have grown through mistakes I have made so have no room to judge others.

My approach to therapy

If you are feeling stressed, anxiety, panic attacks, feeling stuck in a relationship thats going no where, want to learn to communicate better, struggling to find motivation, feeling a sense of hopelessness, problems with outburst and aggression, poor self-esteem, trust issues, dealing with sexual abuse, domestic violence, bullying, problems at school, social anxiety, behavioral issues, problems with parenting. Together we can work on finding the best solutions for your issues.
