I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in Colorado with a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver. I have had the privilege of working with children, teens, families, and individuals from diverse backgrounds in both school and outpatient settings.
I utilize a combination of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT). For children, I incorporate therapeutic play, mindfulness, and art activities. I view clients as the experts of their own lives, and I am here to help them on their journey.
I take a collaborative approach working with my clients to develop coping skills, enhance emotion regulation, improve communication, and build self esteem. I am passionate about supporting and empowering clients to recognize their potential and take meaningful steps toward change.
