My Website- https://www.mindmosaicpsychology.com

I work with adults navigating daily stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence, identity questions, life transitions, relational/family conflicts with special focus on high-achieving individuals in demanding careers, immigrants, first-generation individuals, and international students. I strive to offer a collaborative space to explore what's weighing on you, make sense of patterns holding you back, foster desirable change, and build practical tools to develop resilience and overall wellness. I believe balancing individualism with the valuable aspects of collectivism and community is essential to combat the loneliness epidemic.

In addition to my clinical experience in the United States, I have prior experience working in India within community mental health and hospital settings.

I accept Aetna Health Insurance and private pay. At this time, I will be accepting patients for Couples Therapy with private pay only. I can provide a superbill you may submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement; please check your insurance plan’s benefits.

My approach to therapy

My clinical approach is integrative, drawing from acceptance‐ and mindfulness‐based therapies, cognitive behavioral therapies, and psychodynamic perspectives. I bring warmth, curiosity, and clinical rigor to the work — I aim to meet you where you are. I primarily work with individuals and couples, and periodically offer group therapy.

I provide therapy in English, Bengali, and Hindi, and I have intermediate proficiency in Punjabi and Gujarati. Working across languages and cultures is central to who I am as a clinician.

What you can expect from me

The first meeting is typically an intake appointment and lasts approximately 53–55 minutes. During this session, I will ask a number of questions—both about the concerns that bring you in and about your broader context. This may include your past mental health history, family background, education, social experiences, medical information, and identity‐related areas that help me understand how you navigate the world. The purpose of this process is to develop a comprehensive understanding of who you are and the context in which your concerns are occurring.

It is expected that we will not cover all relevant information in a single meeting. Additional details will naturally emerge over time, and we will continue to explore them in subsequent sessions. Before concluding the appointment, we will also schedule a follow‐up session.
