Great to meet you!

I’m a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of my clients. Born and raised in New York, I knew from a young age that I wanted to help others, and I pursued my passion for nursing right after high school.

I earned my Master of Science in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from D’Youville College in Buffalo, NY, my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Daemen College, and my Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from Trocaire College in 2007.

I believe deeply in the importance of compassionate care, honesty, and reliability. My goal is to create a safe, trusting environment where you feel understood and supported. I approach each person with empathy and respect, working with you to develop a plan that meets your unique needs and empowers you on your journey toward better mental health. Together, we’ll focus on understanding your challenges and building the tools you need for healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients in a compassionate, honest, and collaborative way, creating a safe space built on trust and understanding. My style is empathetic and supportive, while also being reliable and consistent. I focus on empowering clients through education, open communication, and personalized care tailored to their unique needs. My approach addresses the whole person, helping you feel heard, validated, and equipped with the tools to navigate challenges and improve your mental well-being.

What you can expect from me

From our sessions, you can expect to feel genuinely heard, supported, and understood in a safe, nonjudgmental environment. My goal is to help you gain clarity about your challenges, develop practical tools to manage them, and build confidence in your ability to create positive change. Together, we’ll work toward improved emotional well-being, greater resilience, and a stronger sense of empowerment in your mental health journey.
