Great to meet you!

Most of my work includes healing all kinds of trauma. I've many yrs of experience working with clients who are depressed, anxious, or have trauma. I bring compassion & intuition to help clients get in touch with their emotions and find healing.

“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.” ― Carl Gustav Jung

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use an integrative style that draws from Cognitive Behavioral and somatic-based therapies, along with depth psychology. Internal Family System Informed, Brainspotting, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), EMDR & Gottman II.

My style is warm, engaged & curious, and my role is to increase awareness and help you develop effective coping strategies.

What you can expect from our first session

Whether in childhood or later in life, trauma can affect our ability to process regular stress in a healthy manner and can lead to anxiety, depression, etc. Our work will involve shifting many of these negative thought patterns and behavior to find some form of internal safety. So, essentially we are working on healing wounds from improper attachments to allow for natural flow.
