Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist with a passion for helping people feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow through life’s most challenging seasons. I specialize in trauma-informed care, grief and loss, identity development, and self-esteem. Many of my clients are navigating big transitions, relationship struggles, anxiety, or complex family dynamics—and they’re ready for change, even if they’re not sure where to start.

I bring both clinical training and a deeply human, down-to-earth approach. I use a mix of Narrative Therapy, DBT, Experiential Therapy, and parts work, always tailored to your needs. I believe therapy should be a collaborative, safe space where we can explore patterns, process pain, and also celebrate progress.

Clients have told me I’m the kind of therapist who "gets it"—someone they can laugh with, cry with, and feel comfortable being completely real with. I work with adults, teens, and families, and I especially love helping people rebuild trust in themselves after loss or abandonment.

Outside the therapy room, I’m a devoted dog mom to a senior beagle, a big fan of virtual reality hangouts, and an unapologetic Dungeons & Dragons nerd. I believe imagination, story, and play are powerful healing tools—and yes, I’ve been known to quote a bard or two at just the right moment.

If you're looking for someone who meets you with compassion, consistency, and just the right amount of humor—we might be a good fit. I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in creating a safe space where clients feel seen and supported. I tailor my style to meet each client’s unique needs, blending evidence-based practices with compassion and curiosity. I draw from modalities such as attachment-based work, and narrative therapy, depending on the client’s goals and preferences.

My clinical focus includes relationship dynamics, trauma-informed care, anxiety, and identity development. I also have a strong interest in working with individuals navigating life transitions, self-worth challenges, and emotional regulation. Whether someone is seeking clarity, healing, or simply a space to process, my goal is to walk alongside them with authenticity and attunement.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions feeling more grounded, validated, and equipped with practical insights they can carry into their daily lives. Whether we’re unpacking a difficult emotion, exploring relationship patterns, or developing new coping tools, my aim is for each session to offer both emotional clarity and tangible progress.

You can expect a space where your experiences are met with empathy, your goals are taken seriously, and you are gently challenged when needed to support growth and self-awareness. Most importantly, I want clients to walk away feeling more connected to themselves and more empowered to navigate whatever they’re facing.
