Great to meet you!

My experiences include in-home work with families and children, medical social work, palliative and end of life care with a focus on the needs of the LGBTQI+ community. I have built an Autism and ADHD affirming practice. This means my approach is collaborative, working with your strengths to determine ways you can find ease in the things that brought you to seek therapy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work from a belief that you are the expert on you. I respect your experience and needs, we will work together to create a space for you to feel safe in expressing what you need.

What you can expect from our first session

Your goals are your own. I cannot tell you what to expect, or give you a timeframe for your work, but I will support your own desires to the best of my ability.
