Great to meet you!

Hello, I am so glad you have found your way here. I am Mandi Glaser, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a specialization in Art Therapy. My goal is to support you in creating the life you want for yourself.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use an eclectic approach to find the tools that are the best fit for each unique client and situation. I draw from evidence-based techniques such as CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, and Expressive Therapy. I work with each client to clarify their goals and future vision for themselves. This may include addressing areas of employment, communication skills, relationships, managing emotions, stress, or self-identity.

What you can expect from our first session

We began our work together by envisioning the life you would like to experience. We then work from there to identify what is needed to create that vision. Next, we will define the steps to progress toward that goal and how we will approach each.
