Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should leave people feeling more capable of navigating life than when they first walked in. My role isn't to have all the answers—it's to help you discover your own strengths, build practical skills, and create meaningful change that lasts beyond our sessions.

Over the past several years, I've worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and major life changes. These experiences have reinforced my belief that people are incredibly resilient and capable of growth, even during life's most difficult moments.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for a different way forward, my goal is to create a collaborative, supportive environment where we can work together toward the life you want to build.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, conversational, and tailored to each person rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. While Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is the foundation of my work, I also incorporate other evidence-based approaches depending on your goals and needs.

I focus on helping clients better understand themselves, develop psychological flexibility, and build skills they can continue using long after therapy ends. Rather than simply reducing symptoms, I aim to help people reconnect with what matters most to them and take meaningful steps toward the life they want to live.

I believe therapy works best when clients feel both supported and appropriately challenged. We'll celebrate progress, explore obstacles with curiosity instead of judgment, and work together to create lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session isn't about having everything figured out. It's simply a chance for us to get to know one another.

We'll spend time talking about what brought you to therapy, what's been weighing on you, and what you hope will be different moving forward. I'll also answer any questions you have about the therapy process so we can decide together whether we're a good fit.

By the end of our first session, my hope is that you'll leave feeling heard, with a clearer understanding of where you'd like to go and an initial plan for how we'll begin working toward those goals together.
