Great to meet you!

As far back as I can remember people have been telling me their stories. I have been given a gift for making people feel at ease and accepted, and I have never met a person I could not empathize with. I believe that every individual has value, is capable of change, and living a life of purpose.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize an eclectic approach to counseling, pulling from different modalities and tailoring to fit each individual's needs. CBT, DBT, Lifespan Integration & Sandtray Therapy are some of the modalities I often utilize. LI is a gentle, yet powerful method that helps integrate traumatic experiences into a more cohesive narrative by rewiring neural pathways, & optimizing neuroplasticity. LI is beneficial for trauma, relationships, anxiety, depression, negative core beliefs, grief, and self-esteem.

What you can expect from our first session

Wherever life finds you, I would be honored to provide an environment that you can feel comfortable just being you in. Together we will explore your strengths and goals, pull up roots from the past when healing is needed, and empower you in the present to handle life's challenges and embrace the true you. If you have found yourself asking, “Is there more?”, the answer is yes, there is always more. Schedule an appointment, and take the first step today to finding whatever that “more” is for you.
