Great to meet you!

Hello - I'm so glad you're here! Deciding to pursue therapy is a big step - congratulations on taking it. As an LPC, I believe a warm, welcoming, and comfortable approach to therapy can make a huge different in how accessible it feels. I've been practicing for over ten years, and focus primarily on adult women of all ages who are struggling with the demands life puts on them - whether that's parenting, relationships, work, or something else completely. I'm eager to partner with you!

My approach to therapy

I tend to be pretty laid-back during counseling sessions and my main focus is giving you space to talk through whatever is on your mind. The space I hold for you will be open-minded, non-judgmental, strengths-based, and warm. I believe that clients deserve the right to be a collaborator in the therapeutic process, so I'll want to hear from you what's working, what isn't, what you like, and what you don't!

What you can expect from me

Our first session is our first real chance to start digging in to what you hope to work on. We'll focus on rapport-building and explore your goals for therapy if you have any. If not - that's okay! We'll spend some time chatting and figure them out together.
