Hello there! My name is Mandy Huang and l am a first-generation Chinese-American licensed clinical social worker with over 5 years of clinical experience. I am clinically trained as a mental health care provider with a range of knowledge working with adults who experience a variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, grief/bereavement, life changes and adjustment, and more.
My goal is to empower individuals to create meaningful change in their own lives by helping them develop the insight, support, and skills needed to reach their full potential. I take a person-centered, collaborative, and strengths-based approach, tailoring my work to meet each client’s unique needs and circumstances. I believe everyone deserves a safe, supportive environment where they can share their experiences, navigate life’s challenges, and explore their thoughts and emotions with confidence and understanding.
