Great to meet you!

I like helping people who are motivated for change! My professional background includes working with clients who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression and grief. I earned my Master's Degree in Community Counseling in 2012 from Regis University. I eared my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology 2009 from University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. I have specialized in trauma treatment since 2015.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use an eclectic approach to therapy meaning, I adapt therapy to the individual needs of the client that I work with. I don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach to treatment. I meet clients where they are at on their journey.

What you can expect from our first session

I enjoy helping clients explore, set goals and guide them in accomplishing them. I create a safe environment for clients to explore feelings and issues that matter to them. I listen, support and challenge clients in their process.
