Great to meet you!

I bring a curious and compassionate presence to the work, lending both my heart and mind to the process of self-exploration, self-understanding, and healing. I’m a psychodynamic psychotherapist with extensive experience supporting adolescents, adults, parents, and couples. I specialize in helping clients navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, identity questions, relationship challenges, and the impact of growing up in environments that didn’t fully meet their emotional needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, curious, direct, and open. I help clients make sense of the emotional patterns that shape their lives, whether they’re seeking short-term support for painful symptoms or longer-term work around trauma, grief, or longstanding relational struggles. Together, we create space for both insight and change—allowing you to understand yourself more fully and make choices that better support your well-being.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, curious, and grounded environment in their first session with me. I’ll invite you to share what brings you in while we begin to explore the emotional and psychological patterns that shape your experience. My role is to offer a compassionate, thoughtful presence so you can start to feel understood and less alone with whatever you’re carrying. By the end of our first meeting, we’ll have a sense of what you hope for and how therapy can help you move toward greater clarity, choice, and emotional well-being.
