She holds a master’s degree from New York University and a doctorate from Rutgers University. Her decade-long role as Director of Nurse Practitioners showcased her leadership, while her four years as an adjunct Faculty member at New York University highlighted her commitment to educating advanced practice nurses.

Dr. Shrestha takes pride in connecting with her patients and provides medication management and psychotherapy by incorporating a holistic, integrative approach. Her emphasis is on individualized patient care with an evidence-based practice approach.
