Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychologist who works with adolescents, young adults, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, anger, and emotional regulation difficulties. I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Seattle and completed my doctoral internship at Western Washington University, where I provided therapy, crisis intervention, and mental health support to college students facing a wide range of personal and academic challenges.

I have particular experience working with young adults and men who are struggling with identity, purpose, motivation, emotional expression, and relationship concerns. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be collaborative, practical, and tailored to each person's unique experiences and goals. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Narrative Therapy.

Together, we'll explore the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that may be contributing to current challenges while building effective tools to manage emotions, improve relationships, and create lasting change. Whether you're working through trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, or personal growth, I strive to help you develop greater insight, resilience, and self-compassion.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, relevant life experiences, and what you hope to achieve through our work together.

My priority is creating an environment where you feel comfortable, heard, and understood. By the end of the session, we'll identify initial goals and discuss a treatment plan that aligns with your needs and strengths, so you leave with a clear sense of direction and next steps.
