Great to meet you!

Dr. Manmeet "Mini" Rattu, PsyD

Licensed Clinical Psychologist | Executive Burnout & High-Performance Specialist | Trauma & Anxiety Expert

Dr. Rattu is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who specializes in helping high-achieving professionals overcome anxiety, executive burnout, perfectionism, chronic stress, trauma, and major life transitions. She works with executives, entrepreneurs, healthcare professionals, and other ambitious individuals who excel outwardly but feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected internally.

Dr. Rattu's approach integrates evidence-based therapies—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), mindfulness, and body-based interventions—to help clients better understand the patterns driving stress while building emotional resilience, psychological flexibility, and sustainable wellbeing.

She completed her APA-accredited doctoral internship at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and her postdoctoral fellowship at San Mateo Medical Center. Dr. Rattu is also an Internationally Qualified Healthcare Yoga Therapist (IAYT-Q), an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500/YACEP), and serves as faculty with Stanford University's YogaX program, where she teaches trauma-informed approaches to stress resilience.

Known for her warm, collaborative, and practical style, Dr. Rattu helps clients create lasting change so they can perform at their highest level without sacrificing their mental health or quality of life.

My approach to therapy

Dr. Rattu's approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), mindfulness, and body-based approaches to help clients create lasting change.

Rather than focusing only on symptom relief, Dr. Rattu helps clients understand the patterns driving anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, trauma, and chronic stress. Together, they develop practical skills to increase emotional resilience, psychological flexibility, self-awareness, and healthier ways of responding to life's challenges.

Her goal is to help clients move beyond survival mode so they can lead, work, and live with greater clarity, confidence, and authenticity.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, Dr. Rattu focuses on getting to know each client as a whole person—not just their symptoms. She takes time to understand what brings them to therapy, their personal history, current challenges, strengths, and goals for treatment.

Clients can expect a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where they feel heard and supported. Together, they begin identifying the patterns contributing to stress, anxiety, burnout, trauma, or other concerns while discussing an individualized treatment plan tailored to their needs.

Most clients leave the first session with greater clarity about what they're experiencing, a better understanding of how therapy can help, and a clear path forward.
