Great to meet you!

Mansi has a holistic, strength based, and direct therapeutic approach to empower her clients. She is also a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and a Certified Supervisor.

My approach to therapy

Mansi uses Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as her preferred therapeutic approach. DBT focuses on building healthy coping tools to manage emotion dysregulation which can lead to impulsive behaviors and negatively affect quality of life. DBT's primary focuses are being mindful in day-to-day life, building healthy communication tools, regulating emotions, and identifying skills to manage overwhelming emotions in the moment.
