It is my passion working with and helping those in need. I have over 15 years of clinical experience working with children, teens, and adults of different backgrounds and ethnicities. I have worked in schools, outpatient clinics, psychiatric hospitals, and private practice settings. I graduated from California State University Fullerton in 2007 with an MA in counseling. I specialize in relational work specifically functional family therapy.
Believing that every client is unique I utilize an integrative approach of cognitive, interpersonal, client-centered therapy to tailor interventions to the specific needs of my clients. With an extensive background and experience with relational therapy I am able to help people change their lives by improving their relationships.
I strive to create a safe, non-judgemental environment where I can meet my clients where they are and help them learn to become the best version of themselves. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the key to positive change and growth.
