Great to meet you!

I have been providing therapy for adolescents and adults for the past 15 years in different settings in the US and Latin America. From crisis situations to the educational system and community mental health, I support people from different walks of life, implementing strategies that allow them to feel more balanced, at ease, and fulfilled in their lives.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a relational and integral approach in my therapeutic work. I bring the best combination of evidence-based modalities along with neuroscience, mindfulness, and body-based approaches that accelerate your process, and help you develop skills that will take you to the next level.

What you can expect from our first session

In our first meeting we work as a team to develop a deeper understanding of your current life circumstances, areas where you feel you are flowing or not. I will be asking many questions, and I will also invite you to ask me about the way I work, and how this journey together might look like. The information from this session will guide us in creating a path of progress, healing, and improvement focusing on the areas most important to you.
