Great to meet you!

As you consider entering therapy, reflect on the change you are seeking. Are you wondering how to get started? How to access change? It is my position that you have the potential to access such change. The therapist can walk the path with you, but the journey is yours. Moreover, healing requires the realization of the potential within you. In other words, you must believe you can change and act on it. Are you ready to take action?

A bit about my approach to therapy

Awareness of how inner states and outer experience relate opens the door for change. Via dialogue, mental imagery, hypnosis, breathwork, dreamwork, and other therapeutic techniques, we can access states to enhance our human experience. As an existential-humanist in my approach to therapy, I integrate CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, Narrative, and Gestalt strategies.

What you can expect from our first session

I will be there as we uncover personal, relational, familial, and cultural barriers keeping you from realizing your best self. In therapy, I seek to create a safe space and develop a therapeutic alliance to facilitate a harmonious environment where your intention for change, growth, and healing can be achieved. I look forward to walking the path with you.
