Great to meet you!

Hello!

As a bilingual psychologist (English/Spanish) of nine years, I am dedicated to helping adults navigate anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. I meet clients where they are at and am gentle in my approach. I believe therapy is life changing and can also be fun.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Aside from traditional and innovative therapeutic techniques, I also integrate holistic modalities into my practice, encouraging openness to a well-rounded approach that promotes emotional and mental well-being.

What you can expect from our first session

People who come to see me can expect to be seen and heard. Really heard. I value validation, openness and have a great respect for people coming into therapy.

My goal is to empower clients to gain deeper self-awareness and find lasting solutions to their concerns, in a compassionate and collaborative way.
