Mara Colbert specializes in mindfulness-based interventions for healing anxiety, depression, and trauma. With a background of nearly 20 years teaching yoga, meditation, and mindfulness, Mara integrates the tools and techniques of yoga practice and theory with more traditional cognitive-behavioral therapy, DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) in order to treat people holistically – physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
