Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. With a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Texas, I’ve had the privilege of practicing therapy for over a decade as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Throughout my career, I’ve focused on helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, whether it’s adjusting to significant life changes, overcoming relationship struggles or codependency, or managing anxiety and depression. I’m deeply committed to creating a safe, compassionate space where we can work together toward meaningful progress and healing.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain, I’m here to help guide you through it. We’ll explore what’s going on in your life, build on your strengths, and discover the tools you need to move forward. I look forward to being a part of your journey!

My approach to therapy

I believe the most effective therapy is grounded in a strong, trusting relationship between therapist and client. Within this collaborative space, my goal is to help you develop a healthier relationship with yourself and with others.

My approach to therapy is twofold: we work together to deepen your understanding of your thoughts and emotions, while also building practical skills to help you cope with life’s challenges. To support this work, I draw from a blend of evidence-based approaches, including traditional psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

What you can expect from me

What emerges from this process is ultimately up to you — with guidance and support along the way. You set the pace. You set the goals. While I may gently encourage you to step beyond your comfort zone, you always get to decide how far and how fast you go.

My role is to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel comfortable exploring yourself, gaining insight, and challenging patterns so you can grow into the person you want to be.
