Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed Independent Addiction Counselor (LIAC) and Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist with 20+ years of nursing experience. I specialize in addiction, recovery & trauma. I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported without judgement. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you build the skills and confidence to create meaningful, lasting change. I believe recovery is self-discovery.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and free of judgement. I take a collaborative, trauma-informed approach, meeting you where you are while also challenging you to grow. Together, we'll identify patterns, build practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful change that lasts.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for me to get to know you, hear your story, and understand what brought you to therapy. We'll talk about your goals and what you hope to gain from our work together. My priority is creating a comfortable, judgement-free space where you feel safe being yourself, and we'll move forward at a pace that feels right for you.
