Great to meet you!

It's important to me to be someone my clients can trust to be nonjudgemental, validating, and interested in understanding them better. I hope to support clients in exploring their values and relationships; increasing feelings of self-esteem and self-efficacy; building skills to cope with distress and pain; and recovering from experiences of trauma and invalidation. I particularly enjoy working with clients who identify as highly sensitive or who experience emotional intensity.

My approach to therapy

I use an eclectic therapeutic approach that integrates relational psychodynamic theory, dialectical strategies, and mindfulness-based behavioral approaches. I value integrity, curiosity, and compassion in my clinical work.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect support and validation in processing their experiences, exploring areas for acceptance and change, and building skills to increase feelings of confidence and effectiveness.
