Hi, I'm Mara! Therapy can be extremely intimidating but you should be proud of yourself for taking this step! I work with clients that have post traumatic stress disorder(PTSD), depression, anxiety and mood disorders. I also have a passion for working with adoptees as I am adopted myself. I'm currently licensed in Florida (LCSW) and Ohio (LISW). I am currently accepting clients!

My approach to therapy

I have over 5 years clinical experience. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), somatic therapy and am adoption informed. No one person is the same, so I use an eclectic style and open forum to meet your individual needs.

Once we meet, we'll discuss what you want to work on and how that looks for you. Since each person is an individual the sessions will vary to meet your needs.
