Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has been working in mental health for 10 years. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient facilities with adolescents and adults; my focus is LGBTQIA+ therapy, neurodivergence, suicidal ideation, trauma/PTSD, eating disorders, anxiety, anger management, and self harm.

My approach to therapy

I provide a gender affirming, person centered, and trauma informed approach to create a safe space for you to be vulnerable and share their journey and goals for therapy. Communication and collaboration is very important as I utilize an eclectic range of evidence based treatment modalities tailored to your needs. My most used modalities include CBT, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, and Psychodynamic.

What you can expect from me

I create a warm, nonjudgmental, and supportive space for you to share your life experiences and goals for treatment. I value open and collaborative communication to help empower you to be involved in your treatment journey with me. My goal is to make you feel heard, supported, and validated as we work towards healing and meeting your treatment goals.
