Great to meet you!

I believe healing takes place in an environment where you feel genuinely seen, safe, and supported. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, with a focus on creating a space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace and without judgment.

I specialize in supporting adults as they work through the lasting impact of past trauma, including early attachment wounds, parentification, and growing up with a parent who experienced mental health challenges. I also work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, and personality-related concerns, helping them deepen their understanding of their emotions and develop practical tools to foster greater stability, clarity, and ease.

My goal is to support you in reconnecting with yourself, strengthening your relationships, and building a life that feels grounded, meaningful, and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is tailored to each individual, recognizing that no two people or experiences are the same. I draw from a range of evidence-based practices to meet your unique needs and goals.

A core part of my work includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps identify and shift unhelpful patterns in thinking and behavior. I also integrate other approaches such as EMDR for trauma processing, mindfulness practices, exposure-based techniques, and skills for managing stress and intense emotions.

By combining these methods, I aim to help you build resilience, strengthen self-awareness, and feel more grounded and empowered as you navigate life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a supportive and welcoming space where we begin getting to know you, your experiences, concerns, and what brings you to therapy. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable, with time for you to share your thoughts and feelings, ask questions, and begin identifying your goals.

In individual therapy, this is an opportunity to start exploring your inner world, gaining insight, and identifying helpful tools to manage challenges and create meaningful change. In couples therapy, we’ll begin to understand your relationship dynamics, with a focus on improving communication, navigating conflict more effectively, and fostering a deeper emotional connection.
