Hello, I’m Marc. I believe in the beauty and power of humanity. We are able to create and live extraordinary lives, however along the way we can be derailed from our journey.

Being knocked down is not the end of the story. Humans are resilient, and we have an innate ability to get back up. Sometimes we can do it alone and other times we need the help of others. I partner with you to heal your wounds and return to the life you want to live.

I approach therapy with the belief that given the correct circumstances our minds, and bodies want to heal. Counseling creates the conditions for restoration to occur. I am integrative in my approach, creating a treatment plan that is unique for your situation, leveraging mindfulness, EMDR, body awareness, and inner parts work.

I create a safe, shame free environment where people are able to access their emotions, become aware of their body's response, and invite healing into the areas where trauma has created wounds.
