Great to meet you!

I'm a clinical psychologist with 30 years of experience working with all types of situations. Life is hard, and anxiety, depression, stress and trauma end up touching just about everybody. My focus is on helping my clients maximize their ability to adapt to what life is throwing at them. Think of a surfer on the ocean. You have no control over the waves. But with balance and constant adaptation, you can ride those waves without getting hurt.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Along with years of clinical training, I have years of experience with mindfulness meditation and Buddhist psychology. My approach blends Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, and a whole lot of practical common sense.

What you can expect from our first session

I want you to feel value, purpose, and meaning from what you're doing in your life. I want you to unlock your full potential for a fulfilling and meaningful life. We work together as partners to achieve that. Let's find a time to meet and talk about your situation. It's a free, no obligation talk. So go ahead and book a time that works for you.
