I earned a doctorate in Psychology from Ferkauf Graduate School in New York. I have been in private practice for 30+ years. I use an integrative approach to therapy, combining evidence-based cognitive-behavioral techniques with developmentally focused psychodynamic insights. I also conduct evaluations for ADHD and ASD.
My approach to therapy emphasizes a warm, supportive environment where people can feel comfortable to share their emotions and make changes in their life. I have a lot of experience helping people with anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, depression, ASD, ADHD, relationships and work-related issues.
While it is often difficult to take the first step and start therapy, I make a strong effort to help every person feel comfortable and never feel judged. During the first session, I will present a practical plan to begin improving emotional health.
