Great to meet you!

If you are struggling with substance abuse, behavioral addictions or co-occurring issues like depression and anxiety, maybe I can help. Addiction is complicated and recovery is bigger than just abstinence. My primary focus is helping people get control of their lives back from addiction of any type: drugs, alcohol, gambling, pornography obsession, eating disorders. Having someone to talk with about your issues can be a tremendous relief and is the first step towards healing. Change is possible.

My approach to therapy

While my primary focus is addiction, I also specialize in finding relief from co-occurring experiences including depression and anxiety. I utilize evidence-based practices like DBT and CBT as well as mindfulness techniques and Logotherapy. My approach is collaborative, direct, and nonjudgmental.

What you can expect from me

I am committed to creating a safe, supportive and compassionate environment where you can feel heard, understood, and start to feel less alone. I focus on building trust and creating a therapeutic partnership to help on your journey toward change . . . and I will be right there alongside you throughout that process.
