Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching 20 years in practice is a milestone I hold with deep gratitude, as it reflects two decades of walking alongside individuals and couples as they navigate life’s transitions, challenges, and growth.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in authentic connection. While we’ll tackle real, complex issues together, I also value bringing appropriate humor into our work—because healing doesn't mean we have to leave our lightness at the door. I look forward to working together to help you build a more connected, fulfilling life.
Your first session is designed as a comfortable, collaborative "getting to know you" space where we can establish a strong therapeutic relationship and set a clear path forward. Together, we will discuss what brings you to therapy at this point in your life, explore your unique history and current challenges, and identify what meaningful progress looks like for you. By clarifying your personal goals, hopes, and expectations early on, we can tailor our future work—whether utilizing cognitive behavioral techniques, solution-focused strategies, or psychodynamic exploration—to ensure our time together feels supportive, purposeful, and aligned with the changes you want to see.
