Great to meet you!

I earned my Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling in 2007, though started in the field of psychology in 2000. I have worked in a number of different places from community mental health agencies, to prisons, and Psychiatric Hospitals, to Out-Patient Treatment. A great deal of my practice history has consisted of treating adolescents, families, couples, and individual adult treatment.

I currently am taking new clients for child, adolescent, and adult individual counseling.

My approach to therapy

I take an eclectic approach to treatment. Each patient is unique and requires a treatment tailored to their own needs and concerns. At times I might not take myself seriously, but I will always take what I do seriously and treat each individual with respect and dignity.

What you can expect from me

Treatment that will address the concerns of the patient, and assist them with utilizing skills that will help them. The coping mechanisms that are shared with my client's are established with the abilities of the individual patient in mind, though will also challenge the client at times. The first steps are always the toughest on a long journey, but you don't have to walk alone.
