Great to meet you!

My mission is to offer you a safe, affirming space to explore your life, your story, and what matters most to you. I take the time to truly understand who you are — your experiences, your values, and where you hope to go. Together, we’ll develop a path forward that supports your mental health and reflects your unique needs. You are a complex, whole person made up of many parts — let’s welcome them all.

My approach to therapy

I see my role as your psychologist as someone who listens with care and intention, and walks alongside you as you move toward a more fulfilled and authentic version of yourself. My approach is primarily person-centered and strength-based. I also integrate tools from many evidence-based practices — including DBT, CBT, and Positive Psychology — to support healing, insight, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect to develop more compassionate and empowering ways of responding to life’s challenges — and to take steps toward a life that feels more meaningful, exciting, and true to you. I’ll encourage you to recognize your strengths, expand your sources of support, and gently stretch beyond your comfort zone. While being human means navigating imperfections, it also means holding creativity, resilience, and worth. It’s a privilege to support you in discovering more of what makes you you. Feel free to reach out for a free consultation — I’d be happy to answer any questions you may have.
