Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and centered on you. I know it’s not one particular model of therapy that makes the difference, but the relationship we build together. My role is to walk alongside you, creating a space where you feel understood, respected, and empowered to grow.

Every person’s journey is unique, and I will work with you to find the path that feels right for you—one that builds on your strengths and helps you move toward healing and resilience.

My approach to therapy

I use a variety of approaches depending on your needs, including Humanistic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Enhancement Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Systems Theory. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients work through trauma.

What you can expect from me

Marcy offers a safe space for healing. Her compassionate approach addresses trauma, anxiety, depression, and more, fostering resilience and growth in your mental health journey.
