Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m a board-certified psychiatrist and a multi-platform Patient-Choice Award recipient. If you’re looking for a smaller practice to help with medication management +/- talk therapy, I may be the right fit for you.

My approach to therapy

I treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, insomnia, OCD, and bipolar disorder among other conditions. My approach begins with a thorough diagnostic evaluation, followed by clear goal-setting, tailored treatment, and ongoing tracking of progress. In session, I encourage open and honest communication — if something’s working, we’ll build on it; if not, we’ll adjust together. My goal is to help you achieve meaningful, measurable change.

What you can expect from me

I welcome you to reach out — I generally respond by the end of the workday or the next day, and can usually offer a first session within about five business days.
