Marcel E. Harris, LICSW is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a passion for healing, mentorship, and empowering black men and youth in mental health. His practice is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and cultural humility. Where he is committed to creating brave and affirming spaces where clients of all backgrounds can grow, heal, and thrive. Marcel’s relational approach meets people where they are, encouraging self-awareness and meaningful change. He is especially committed to supporting communities where therapy has been stigmatized or access is limited, and believes deeply in the power of connection and vulnerability. Mentorship is central to his life's mission. Through one-on-one guidance, workshops, and community engagement, Marcel champions the development of black men and youth in the mental health space helping to build visibility, shift narratives, and promote generational wellness. At the heart of Marcel’s message is a clear and unwavering truth: Therapy is for EVERYBODY. He believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to heal, grow, and thrive and he’s committed to making that a reality through both his practice and his voice in the broader mental health movement.
