Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and the founder of Vibeology Counseling, LLC, where I offer a warm, trauma-informed, and collaborative space for clients to feel heard, understood, and supported. I believe therapy should be individualized, honoring each person’s experiences, strengths, and goals rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.

My clinical work focuses on trauma, complex relational experiences, anxiety, emotional regulation, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I have specialized experience with Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and incorporate EMDR within a broader holistic and integrative approach. My work may integrate EMDR with Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed Parts Work, Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and other trauma-informed approaches based on each client’s needs and readiness.

I view healing as more than simply addressing symptoms. Together, we can explore the experiences, emotions, beliefs, and protective parts that may be influencing how you navigate yourself, your relationships, and the world around you. EMDR and Parts Work can provide opportunities to process difficult experiences while developing greater self-understanding, internal connection, emotional regulation, and a stronger sense of safety within yourself.

At Vibeology Counseling, my goal is to create a therapeutic relationship that feels safe, respectful, and collaborative. Whether you are processing past experiences, navigating relationship difficulties, feeling stuck, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, therapy can provide a space to slow down, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward meaningful change with greater clarity and intention.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and holistic. I believe meaningful therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel safe enough to be honest, curious, and fully yourself.

I tailor treatment to each client rather than relying on a single approach. My work integrates EMDR, IFS-informed Parts Work, Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and other trauma-informed interventions. When appropriate, I may integrate EMDR and Parts Work to help clients process difficult experiences while developing a deeper understanding of their emotions, protective patterns, beliefs, and inner experiences.

I work collaboratively with clients to identify what they need, build emotional safety and stability, and move at a pace that feels manageable. My focus is not simply on reducing symptoms, but on helping clients understand themselves more deeply, strengthen their relationship with themselves and others, and develop practical tools for navigating life with greater clarity and resilience.

I have a particular interest in working with trauma and complex relational experiences, anxiety, emotional regulation, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship concerns. Whether you are working through something from your past or struggling with something happening in your life right now, we will work together to understand what is underneath the challenge and identify a path toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin creating a comfortable, collaborative therapeutic relationship. You do not need to have everything figured out before coming in, and you will not be expected to tell your entire story all at once.

We will talk about what brings you to therapy, what you would like support with, and what you hope to gain from the process. I’ll also learn about your experiences, strengths, current challenges, and the areas of your life you would like to better understand or change.

Together, we’ll begin identifying meaningful goals and creating a personalized “game plan” for your therapeutic journey. When working with trauma, I place particular importance on establishing emotional safety, trust, and stability before moving into deeper processing. If EMDR or Parts Work is part of your treatment, we will move at a pace that respects your readiness and individual needs.

My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, respected, and with a clearer sense of where we can begin. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we will build the path together.
