Great to meet you!

I’m a clinical psychologist specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, and couples therapy. I work with individuals and couples who feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or disconnected from themselves or their relationships, and I provide affirming care for the LGBTQ+ community.

I offer a warm, supportive, and thoughtful space where you can feel understood while gaining insight into the patterns that keep you stuck. Together, we focus on improving communication, managing stress, and building practical coping skills that support meaningful, lasting change.

Our work is collaborative and action-oriented. We’ll build clarity, strengthen your ability to navigate challenges, and help you feel more grounded, connected, and like yourself again.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, insight-oriented, and solution-focused. I use evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with strengths-based and person-centered approaches, to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns. Together, we focus on building practical coping skills, improving communication, and creating meaningful, lasting change.

I take a holistic and individualized approach, recognizing the connection between mind and body. We’ll explore how your thoughts, beliefs, and past experiences may be contributing to anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship challenges, while developing tools you can use in your daily life. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can gain insight, feel more in control, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on understanding what’s bringing you in and what you’d like to change. I’ll ask thoughtful questions about your current concerns, history, and goals, while creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can share at your own pace.

Together, we’ll begin identifying patterns related to anxiety, depression, stress, or relationship challenges and clarify what you want from therapy. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of direction and next steps, and a better understanding of how we’ll work together to create meaningful, lasting change.
