Great to meet you!

When anxiety, depression, grief, or relationship challenges begin affecting your daily life, it can feel overwhelming trying to carry everything on your own. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, and stress management concerns. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, struggling with difficult relationships, coping with major life transitions, or facing challenges that have left them feeling disconnected from themselves and others. Whether you're navigating the loss of a loved one, relationship difficulties, chronic stress, panic symptoms, or a season of uncertainty, therapy can provide a supportive space to gain clarity and create meaningful change. My goal is to help you build resilience, strengthen self awareness, and develop practical tools that support greater emotional wellbeing and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and highly personalized. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel genuinely heard, supported, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. Drawing from evidence based approaches and mindfulness practices, I help clients better understand emotional patterns, process difficult experiences, and build healthier coping strategies. Together, we may explore anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, stress management, panic symptoms, family concerns, self esteem, life transitions, and emotional regulation. Therapy is tailored to your unique needs and goals while helping you strengthen resilience, improve relationships, increase self confidence, and create sustainable progress in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences at your own pace. During our first sessions, we'll explore what brings you to therapy, identify meaningful goals, and begin creating a path forward that feels collaborative and achievable. As we work together, you can develop healthier coping skills, greater self awareness, stronger relationships, improved emotional regulation, and increased confidence in your ability to navigate life's challenges. My goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and equipped with the tools needed to move forward with greater clarity, balance, and hope.
