Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 18 years of experience supporting adults through anxiety, panic, depression, grief, relationship challenges, stress, and major life transitions. I work with people who may feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or unsure of how to move forward, whether they’re coping with the loss of someone they love, navigating a difficult relationship, managing persistent anxiety, or adjusting to a new chapter in life.

Therapy is a space where you don’t have to navigate everything alone. I offer a warm, open-minded, and supportive environment where you can slow down, feel heard, and better understand what you’re experiencing. Together, we’ll identify what is weighing on you and build practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself and the people around you. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and personalized to your needs. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe being honest about what you’re experiencing without judgment or pressure. With 18 years of experience, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psychodynamic therapy, strengths-based approaches, and mindfulness to help you understand both what you’re experiencing today and the patterns that may be contributing to it.

Together, we may explore anxiety, panic, depression, grief, relationship challenges, stress, trauma, or major life transitions. I’ll help you develop practical coping strategies while also creating space to process difficult experiences, strengthen self-awareness, and understand your emotions on a deeper level.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. You can expect a warm, relaxed, and nonjudgmental environment where you can share at your own pace. You don’t need to know exactly what to say or have everything figured out before we meet.

We’ll talk about what you’ve been experiencing, what feels most challenging right now, and what you hope will change through therapy. I’ll also learn more about your background, relationships, strengths, and current circumstances so we can begin identifying goals that feel meaningful to you.

By the end of our first session, my hope is that you feel heard, understood, and more hopeful about the possibility of change. From there, we’ll work together to create a path forward that feels realistic and right for you.
