Great to meet you!

My work as a family therapist has been shaped not only by formal training, but most deeply by the many stories shared by people in therapeutic conversations for over 20 years. These encounters have taught me that the struggles we face, while painful, can also open unexpected opportunities for renewal—possibilities often hidden beneath the weight of the problem itself. My intent is to accompany and support people through conversations that open possibilities for ways of living that feel meaningful and sustaining. I bring with me the experiences of migrating from Colombia to the U.S. 25 years ago, making a home in five different states, and moving fluidly entre my Español de Colombia y Spanglish.

My approach to therapy

I join people through conversation to explore problems' cracks, searching for what they may be hiding. I pay close attention to what often problems are shaped by like social expectations about race, gender, class, sexuality, body, language, etc.

What you can expect from me

I hope to get to know you and listen to your story!
