Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has worked in the mental health field for over 10 years. I began as a teacher, coach, school counselor, and now a therapist. I am bilingual in both English and Spanish.

I am a mother of 4, ages 4 and under. We had difficulty getting pregnant for over 5 years but ended up being successful with IVF. I adore being a mother, although it comes with its set of challenges and worries. I love getting to know my clients and helping them manage life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have helped support clients in all areas such as depression, anxiety, negative or racing thoughts ect. I believe that speaking your truth in a trusted environment while learning vital cognitive wellness strategies can immensely help ease your life.

What you can expect from our first session

I begin by getting to know you and building a personal trusting relationship with you. From there we work on cognitive skills that can help you with whatever difficulties you are currently facing. By speaking your truth and practicing cognitive skills and healthy coping strategies you will be able to find more peace each day.
