Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m a therapist who’s been working in the mental health field for about five years. I graduated in 2020 with my MSW. I genuinely enjoy getting to know my clients and learning what makes each person unique—because I believe that the better I understand you, the better I can support you in reaching your goals.

Originally from Ohio and now living in Georgia, I bring both Midwestern roots and Southern charm to my practice. My approach to therapy is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strength-Based techniques.I’m an outgoing, people-loving person who finds purpose in helping others navigate life’s challenges. Whether you're here to manage anxiety, work through past experiences, or simply find clarity in your day-to-day life, I'm here to walk alongside you.

Let’s work together to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and empowering.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and goal-oriented. I believe that every person has strengths, even during their most challenging moments, and my role is to help you tap into those strengths to create positive change.

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. I also incorporate Solution-Focused Therapy to highlight what’s working in your life and build on those successes. Additionally, I take a Strength-Based approach, meaning we’ll focus on your existing abilities and resilience as a foundation for growth.

Therapy with me is a team effort—I’ll provide guidance, tools, and encouragement, while you bring your experiences, insights, and willingness to grow. Together, we’ll work toward your goals at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that you leave each session feeling a little lighter, more understood, and more confident in yourself. Therapy with me is a space where you can show up exactly as you are—no pressure, no judgment. We’ll work together to make sense of what you’re going through and find tools that really work for you in your everyday life.

You can expect to walk away with practical strategies to manage your symptoms, as well as a deeper understanding of yourself—what makes you tick, what holds you back, and what helps you grow. We’ll celebrate the wins (big and small), talk through the hard stuff, and figure things out together at a pace that feels right for you.

At the end of the day, I want you to feel more in control, more hopeful, and more connected to the version of you that you’re working toward.
