Great to meet you!

Are you exhausted with having to seem “okay”? Do you feel disconnected from yourself, or the people you love? Many of us want to have a more harmonious relationship with ourselves and the world around us, but don't know where to start. Whether you want to find your zest for life, process trauma that is holding you back, or better manage mental illness, I would love to help you on your journey.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma, and I recognize that mental health doesn’t exist in a vacuum. Gender roles, cultural expectations, and systemic stress shape how we cope—and how we suffer.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and genuinely non-judgmental.

Using DBT and ACT, I help you build practical tools to manage anxiety, regulate emotions, and shift patterns that no longer serve you. Through our work together, I hope for you to find more connected, loving, and sustainable relationships with yourself, your loved ones, and your community.

I strongly believe that social structures influence our mental health. Now, more than ever, we are constantly challenged by oppression, violence, and rapidly growing inequality. My approach to therapy is first an foremost through the lens of intersectional feminism. We cannot have a complete picture of a person's mental health, without also understanding how they are impacted by culture, community, capitalism, and patriarchal structures.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I am strongly involved in community work, specifically engaging in street outreach and harm-reduction services. I believe that all people are deserving of comfortable lives, food, housing, love, and respect- with no exceptions.

What you can expect from me

I pride myself on creating a warm and welcoming therapeutic environment. I know that coming to therapy for the first time, or meeting with a new therapist, can be anxiety-inducing. Our first session will be a comfortable, open conversation about your history and what you hope to gain from therapy.
