I have experience and a deep passion for working with clients recovering from emotionally abusive relationships and individuals with Borderline Personality traits. Do you often feel overwhelmed by the intensity of your own emotions? Like you lose yourself in relationships, or that you have to work to "earn" love? Do you face burn out from the stress of maintaining relationships and meeting others' expectations?

I take on an active and direct role, gently challenging clients to go beyond coping skills and into deeply engrained negative patterns - changing the distorted view of themselves on a core level. We work on tapping into strengths in order to encourage self acceptance, unabashed authenticity, and getting off that emotional rollercoaster.

I understand therapy can be intimidating! Especially when you've experienced emotional trauma and struggle with shame. I believe in a compassionate, genuine, laid back approach. I'm guided by intuition and have been told I have a knack for asking the right questions. My role is to earn your trust and help you step towards authenticity and self love.
