Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes that healing and growth happen through connection, understanding, and practical support. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, grief, relationship challenges, burnout, and trauma. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach to therapy and tailor treatment to each client's unique needs and goals. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness practices. Together, we'll explore what's getting in the way, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you move forward with greater confidence and resilience.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. We'll talk about your current challenges, strengths, and goals, and begin identifying what you hope to gain from our work together. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you feel comfortable, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead.
